BAY 21
Bay 21 has a private foyer entry and a discreet kitchenette in back of house. Perfect for private dinners for up to 200 guests, cocktails and launches for up to 300.
ELSTON ROOM
This is a unique event space with heritage features, polished concrete floors, natural light and a private entrance. Perfect for private dinners for up to 150 guests, cocktails and launches for up to 300.
ELSTON MEZZANINE
The Mezzanine to the Elston Room has expansive polished wooden flooring contrasted with white walls and classic Carriageworks apex ceiling. Perfect for photoshoots, lunches, workshops and unconventional presentations for up to 300 guests.
BAY 25
Raw and industrial, Bay 25 retains original 19th century features, natural light and an expansive apex ceiling. Bay 25 is suitable for private dinners for up to 300 and cocktails for 800.
