Born from a love of entertaining and hospitality, PLATED was launched in 1996 by accomplished chef and creative entrepreneur Savva Savas.
With a passion for food and festivities ignited at a young age, and having inherited the welcoming nature of his Greek-Cypriot lineage, Savva was always destined to carve out a career in hospitality.
